Hi, I’m Cyndie, a Registered Nurse (RN) and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and the founder of Feed Love Grow Lactation Consulting. With over 18 years of nursing experience—most of it in labour and delivery—I have spent my career supporting families during pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. This clinical background allows me to provide thoughtful, evidence-based lactation and infant feeding support that considers both the medical and emotional aspects of early parenthood.

Through Feed Love Grow Lactation Consulting, I offer in-home prenatal feeding consultations and postpartum lactation support, helping families navigate breastfeeding, pumping, and combination feeding. My care is individualized and practical, meeting families where they are and supporting their unique feeding goals with clear guidance and compassionate care.

I am registered with the College of Nurses of Alberta and am a member of the International Lactation Consultant Association (ILCA), the Canadian Lactation Consultant Association (CLCA), and the Alberta Association of Nurses (AAN).

I am committed to ongoing professional education and continuing competency in lactation and maternal-infant care, regularly participating in advanced learning to ensure families receive current, evidence-based support grounded in best practice.

My goal is to provide calm, expert guidance during a time that can feel overwhelming, helping families feel confident, supported, and empowered as they care for and feed their baby.
